Bishop blesses new BMC finance lab

ORLANDO | Bishop John Noonan celebrated Mass on the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary and blessed Bishop Moore Catholic High School’s new finance lab, Aug. 14.

According to the school’s curriculum guide, the Bishop Moore Business Finance program will offer students an experience that focuses on the foundations of the business and finance industry. Engaging students in business and finance technology, entrepreneurship, personal finance, and financial operations. Students will have the opportunity to learn about financial markets and investing, build a foundation of business and finance skills, and be mentored by industry professionals to be successful in our 21st-century economy.

“It’s important that our Programs of Distinction include diverse fields of study, not just STEM so that our students can experience hands-on learning that may influence their future academic pursuits,” said Principal Nick Pavgouzas.
