Vision: To create a synergy of land uses of the San Pedro grounds marking its existing Spiritual Center as the soul of the sacred ground on which the land uses will be developed. 

Mission: The development of the San Pedro grounds will honor, exhort, and uphold the Church’s teaching of respect and dignity of life addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of a growing aging population and their families. A multi-phased, age-restricted village compliments the Church’s mission to serve the range of needs of the senior population with an opportunity to age in place by providing safe housing, active life style activities, amenities, progressive health care opportunities and an adjacent Catholic cemetery.
